Canterbury Diocese focuses on climate emergency
Booking is now open for the Kent Climate Emergency Forum on Tuesday 5 November.
It’s a free event and will be held in Wye Church, a venue chosen because of its central location, good rail links and Eco Church status.
Canterbury Diocese Environment Officer Teresa Redfern said: “We must all re-think how we do things and how we can be the very best caretakers of God’s creation.
“Time is running out for us to just sit back and do nothing about climate change. The forum will share ideas of what we can do and inspire people to change and share the message that we are in a climate emergency.”
