The Registry

The Registry is the Diocese’s legal department. It is separate to the Care of Churches Office. The Registry will process your application for a faculty after the DAC has issued its Notification of Advice. If your application for a faculty has been submitted through the online faculty system, you will be able to submit your petition to the Registry through the on-line faculty system. At that stage, the Commissary General will be able to determine the petition.
