Creationtide, or the Season of Creation, takes place between 1 September and 4 October 2025. This year, Christians around the world are celebrating the theme of 'Peace with Creation'.
A guide for the 2025 season is available, so let’s pray, learn, and take action – caring for God’s world and working for peace and justice.
This is a joint conference hosted by Canterbury and Rochester Dioceses, coming together to celebrate and share our commitment to creation care.
We are delighted to be welcomed by St Luke’s, Maidstone who will showcase the amazing journey they have taken to decarbonise their church.
The programme will feature:
- Talk from A Rocha Trustee and URC Green Apostle
- Insights from three of our Gold Award Eco Churches
- Contributions from our children and young people
- Updates from our Net Zero team
- Reflections from Rochester and Canterbury Cathedrals
There will be opportunities to network, ask questions and exchange ideas with passionate people from across the region.
Growing Greener is a quarterly newsletter from our Environment team. It includes environmental news, campaigns, hints, tips and hope from across our diocese and beyond. Sign up to Growing Greener and why not check out the Creationtide Edition.
