Our Autumn Conference builds on the Church of England’s recent articulation of a Vision for Education, reflecting a broader Vision for Children and exemplifying what is meant by ‘Seeing the Child’ in our schools, churches and homes.
Confirmed contributors include Mary Hawes, National Going for Growth (Children and Youth) Adviser and Go-Givers, advocates of children and young people engaging in programmes of caring and service. We will also explore what it means for children to have ‘life in all its fullness’ (with planned input from the Children’s Society) and offer practical advice on putting Christian values into action.
A ‘Marketplace’ of stalls will be open before and after the key sessions, providing guidance and information – ranging from Prayer Spaces in Schools to ‘Ask a SIAMS inspector’!
Breakfast will be available from 8.15am ready for a 9am welcome.
Bookings are closed for this event.
