After a successful first Consultation for Parish Administrators in March 2015 we are pleased to open bookings for the second Consultation which will take place on Thursday 22nd October at West Faversham Community Centre.

There will be a number of sessions, including: ‘Formalities and Legalities’, ‘Having Tricky Conversations about Employment’, ‘Making Social Media Work for You’, and ‘The Theology of Administration’ as well as opportunities to troubleshoot your own issues and questions. For those of you who came in March, we hope the morning will be an opportunity to continue the conversations we began then and for those who didn’t it will be an excellent time to come together to learn, discuss, and share best practice.

This Consultation is during the day as a result of feedback from the March evening Consultation which suggested it might be more convenient for you and your churches if you attend the training during working hours. We hope that this is the case for the majority of you, and also in the hope that those of you who work during the day for your churches will be encouraged to attend this event during work hours as it is useful for your role.

There will be refreshments provided and the morning will end with lunch. For catering purposes please indicate if you have any dietary requirements OR if you do not intend to stay for lunch.
