Myers Briggs Workshop
This interactive half-day session will use the personality type assessment MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) to look at difference in personality type in a positive way with practical applications. MBTI is based on Jung’s theory of psychological type and identifies four fundamental dimensions of individual difference to create 16 personality profiles.
MBTI provides the foundations for a deep understanding of personal motivations and group interactions and will help you to:
- Learn about yourself, understanding where you fit in a framework that describes personality difference in positive ways.
- Explore working with differences to enhance team work and personal effectiveness with a constructive approach.
Participants will complete a short self-report questionnaire prior to the session which will be used to help their understanding of type. As the questionnaire is exploring difference in personality it is not a test and there are no wrong answers.
Workshop facilitators: Annie Biggs and Tessa Metcalfe.
