10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Maidstone, St. Paul
The Revd Dr Sandra Millar is Head of Projects and Development for the Archbishops’ Council. Following a career in marketing with a number of organisations including Boots and the Co-op, Sandra was ordained in 2000 and subsequently served as a curate in St Albans Diocese, then a team vicar in the Oxford Diocese. As Head of Projects and Development, Sandra continues the work of the Weddings’ Project and also leads recent research and development on ministry following the birth of a child.
Following the exceptional day we had on Funeral Ministry in September last year, Sandra Millar has accepted an invitation to return to the diocese to offer follow-up sessions. These sessions will enable our resources and enhanced ways of offering funerals and bereavement ministry to become a well-established part of best practice. Sandra is offering two sessions, with identical content, here on 18th March and also in Canterbury on Thursday 17th March.
If you were unable to attend the initial training day in September you are more than welcome to attend one of these sessions for this input and more resources.
