Back by popular demand! After a very successful, and oversubscribed, Comedy for Clergy day in Canterbury in November.
“Priests… tweak your sermons with tried and tested humour and comedy techniques. Use as little or as much as you want to get an extra, light spin on your amazing message.”
Bentley, the son of Canon John Browning, a retired priest in Sheffield, will offer:
- Fun and creative Impro games and exercises
- How to tap into your funny bones
- How to create impact-intonation and speech exercises
- Leaving your comfort zone
- Public speaking exercises
- How to make jokes using the techniques the pros use.
BBC’s The One Show filmed the November day, see here: https://vimeo.com/112391456 (begins at the 2.00 minute mark)
