This C3 safeguarding training is only for Incumbents, licensed and authorised ministers, including Readers. If you think this training might not be for you please contact Holly Adams on email@example.com before you book a place. If you have not been contacted by Holly on this matter it is unlikely you are required to attend this training – please ask if you are not sure.
The session will be delivered by Lesley Weaver who is the Diocesan Safeguarding Trainer and it is compliant with the National Church Safeguarding framework which was launched in 2016. This means that once you have completed this training you will not be required to attend safeguarding training in this diocese or any other until 2020 when you will be required to attend a shorter refresher module, ‘C5’.
The sessions are capped at 30 people each – it is your responsibility to ensure you are booked onto a session and are compliant with National and Diocesan Safeguarding training requirements. The training begins at 10am sharp, doors open at 9.45 for registration and refreshments. The lunch and refreshments are provided.
