ALM Ministry Top-Up Training

The ALM team are excited to launch a new rolling programme of top-up training sessions available to sign up to now! At the February ALM Update Morning in February one of the things you told us was that there was a lack of further training opportunities post-authorisation and some of you felt it would be useful to have more frequent ALM aimed events, training and networking. We are now very pleased to offer a new series of two-hour, one-off sessions around the diocese which will happen six times a year.

Learning to care for ourselves as we care for others is like turning the tap on if what you need is a drink of water…sanctified common sense!

Lorraine currently serves the 3 rural parishes of Shepherds Lees Benefice near Faversham. She was previously in town & team ministry where she specifically looked after Pastoral Care and Prayer Ministry. Lorraine has a real heart for seeing individuals set free, comforted and transformed by the love of God.  She hopes to bring you some of what she has learnt over the years about being resourced for the pastoral ministry God has given you, whatever it looks like.

Teas and coffees will be served on arrival and half way through the session.

These sessions are designed for ALMs but are open to anybody.

Bookings are closed for this event.
