Schools Cathedral Day 2019: Fellow Pilgrims

Schools Cathedral Day 2019: Fellow Pilgrims

We would like to invite you to attend Cathedral Schools Days this year on Tuesday 5th November, Wednesday 6th November or Thursday 7th November 2019. Our theme this year is ‘Fellow Pilgrims’, which aims to help Year 6 Pupils to explore their individual spiritual journeys in one of the world’s most famous pilgrimage destinations.

You are encouraged to do this as quickly as possible as places are limited and schools will be allocated places on a first come first served basis.  (Minor adjustments can be made to your final number if your roll changes in September).

This year we are allocating one day to each Archdeaconry :

Tuesday 5th – Canterbury ( for schools in Canterbury, Whistable and Thanet areas)

To book a place for your Year 6 (current Year 5) pupils please do this on line at:

Therefore, there will only be 1 available day for your school.

All information will be available online and this will be sent to the contact e-mail that you provide on the booking form.

Schools are asked to arrive at the Cathedral by 9.45am and we anticipate that the day will finish by 2.00pm latest. Pupils will take part in one workshop session and a prayer station experience in the morning, finishing with a service of worship after lunch.
